Service Scope
Burghley AI Services audits how your engineering team actually uses AI coding tools, including Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, and others. Your team runs our scanner on your own infrastructure. We receive only a sanitised summary of findings. We analyse those findings to map how your team uses AI day to day, then deliver four branded reports: a technical audit report, a management summary, a best practices plan, and a team-wide AI training guide with no developer ever named, plus a practical internal AI usage policy tailored to how your team works.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the audit report and code of conduct we deliver for internal purposes within their organisation. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing our proprietary audit methodology or report templates outside the client organisation is not permitted.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- A.Burghley AI Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the client's own decisions or actions taken in response to our audit findings or recommendations.
- B.Our audit report and any accompanying code of conduct reflect a point-in-time review of the client's AI usage practices. They do not guarantee the client's ongoing compliance with its internal policy after the engagement ends.
- C.Total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the fees paid by the client during the 12 months before the incident.
Governance Standards
Data Integrity
The sanitised findings we receive for an audit are handled under strict confidentiality, encrypted at rest and in transit, and kept only as long as needed to finish the engagement and deliver the reports.
Ethical Neutrality
Our audit findings are objective and evidence-based, drawn directly from the sanitised findings produced by a scan of your codebase. We have no vendor bias toward any particular AI coding tool.
Jurisdictional Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Intellectual Property
Proprietary audit methodology
Burghley AI Services reserves all rights to its intellectual property, including our proprietary review process, report templates, and the PR-to-Policy audit methodology used to assess AI usage and produce codes of conduct.
Termination
Ending services requires a 30-day notice. After that, engagement records are archived for compliance verification and any retained data is handled according to the retention windows set out in our privacy policy.
